Community and Social Support

Connecting Hands can assist you to stay connected to your community. Weather you want to join a local activity, go for a walk, go to a movie or try something new, we can assist you in providing transport and accompanying you to ensure you maintain your physical and mental wellbeing

Domestic Assistance

At Connecting Hands Aged Care and Disability Support, we can help you with those every day tasks that you may find a bit difficult to do on your own. Those bigger jobs can sometimes be challenging, our support staff will ensure your home is tidy and clean. We offer services such as vaccuming, mopping, washing dishes, laundry, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, remaking beds and lots more.

Grocery Shopping and Meals

Write a list and our support staff can organise to do your grocery shopping or can accompany you to the supermarket. Our dedicated team can also assist by helping cook and prepare your favourite meals in your home.
